ec99 Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ec99 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the ec99 website, mobile application, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, promotions and account management.

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager or bet on ec99, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, understand them fully, and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

• Deposits are credited to your ec99 account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts that have completed identity verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until KYC is completed.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must belong to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals — sending funds to someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account — are not permitted.
• ec99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing.
• ec99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been noted.

Any funds deposited into your ec99 account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming only. ec99 does not pay interest on account balances.

ec99 offers sports betting across cricket, football, esports and other markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, odds are locked in for pre-match bets. Live in-play odds fluctuate continuously and the odds at the moment of confirmation apply.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are set by ec99 and may vary by sport, competition or market type.
• ec99 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual players at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed or abandoned are handled according to the specific rules for that sport. In most cases, void bets are returned to your account balance as a cash refund.
• In the event of a pricing error — where odds are clearly displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault — ec99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This will be communicated to players whose bets are affected.
• For cricket markets including PSL, T20 internationals and other fixtures, specific market rules relating to the Duckworth-Lewis method, match interruptions, and player-specific markets apply and are available in the betting rules section of your account.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are subject to the rules of each individual leg. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that leg rather than being voided entirely, unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion.

ec99 makes every effort to settle bets accurately and promptly. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact support through your account dashboard within 30 days of settlement.

The ec99 live casino includes baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other table games delivered via live video stream with professional dealers. The following rules apply:

• All live casino games are governed by the rules specific to each game, which are displayed within the game interface before and during play.
• Bets placed and confirmed during a live casino round are final. Technical issues on the player's end — such as a lost internet connection after a bet is confirmed — do not void the bet.
• In the event of a technical failure on ec99's side that disrupts the outcome of a round, the affected round will be voided and all stakes returned.
• Table limits — both minimum and maximum bets per round — vary by table and are displayed clearly before joining. VIP tables have elevated limits accessible to eligible VIP tier members.
• Players must not attempt to exploit any technical errors, glitches or dealer mistakes. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error may be reversed pending investigation.

ec99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and must be read alongside these general bonus conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds or free bets, depending on the offer type. Bonus funds are separate from real money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal of winnings is permitted. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated on the offer page.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets and live casino games may have different contribution rates — these are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period.

ec99 is committed to providing a fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, interact with the live casino, or carry out any account action that a human player would ordinarily perform manually.
• Arbitrage betting carried out systematically and at scale with the sole intention of extracting guaranteed profit regardless of outcome, particularly in combination with bonus exploitation.

• Collusion with other players in live casino games — for example, signalling card information in live blackjack.

ec99 uses monitoring tools to detect unusual betting patterns and account activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, the platform may freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice. The outcome of any investigation is final and binding.

ec99 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Duplicate account detection — where a player is found to hold more than one account.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following review, the balance minus any bonus funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support through their account dashboard. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real money balance at the time of closure request will be returned, subject to completed verification and no outstanding Terms issues.

The following tools are available to all ec99 players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit into your ec99 account.
• Session time reminders: receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: voluntarily suspend your account for a defined period — ranging from 24 hours to indefinitely. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access the platform or receive promotional communications.

Nothing in these Terms limits ec99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

ec99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or via an in-platform notification when they next log in.

Continued use of the ec99 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically, particularly if you have not logged in for some time.
